On 9 November 2022, Philip Dakin and Benjamin Wiles were appointed as Joint Administrators over further 11 entities within the Group; namely, Lakeland Care Services Limited, Churchlake Care Limited, Church Lake Limited, Lakeland Care Group Limited, Cumbria Nursing Services Limited, Churchlake NE Hold Co Limited, Herrington Mews Limited, Eastbourne House Limited, Eastgate Manor Limited, Primrose House Limited, Crystal Croftdene Limited ( together “the Companies”). The Companies continue to operate under the supervision of the Joint Administrators whilst a buyer for the Companies and/or their business and assets is sought.
