From the moment they open the door, the staff have a smile and a welcome. Everyone is pleasant and friendly, always ready to inform me how my mam is. If I have any concerns they check it out thoroughly and let me know the outcome.

Every single one of the staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. The management are fab, so nice. Nothing is too much. The nurses are great and deal with all medication or get the doctor out if need be, or an ambulance.

Message From The Manager

Clare has worked in care for 20 years; she started her career as a car assistant for adults with learning disabilities. In 2004 Clare gained her nursing qualification from Northumbria University and has worked in the private sector since 2010. Her passion is working with the older population as you get to hear a lot of interesting stories and no two days are the same. Clare enjoys new challenges in life and has completed the Great North Run, Great North Swim and has walked across the Sahara Desert. All have been done for charitable causes and is now looking for a new challenge as long as there are no heights involved.
