I have worked in the care sector for 8 years and over that time have developed a keen focus on providing safe and compassionate care. I am especially proud of our staff at Ferns who truly promote independence and quality of life through professional and person centred care. We have created a community within our warm and friendly home, including families and friends every step of the way.
