Belmont House is a large, detached house, divided across three floors set in the heart of the historic town of Bodmin with easy access to lots of accessible shops and cafes.
A small, well-equipped enclosed garden can be accessed from the main lounge and residents can be seen here in the Summerenjoying a seasonal barbecue and taking shade on the decking during hot Cornish days. The small courtyard to the rear of the property offers a peaceful and comfortable area for relaxation and reflection.
